I have no different thoughts about SLI today than I did previously, but they haven't been on schedule with really anything.

The only thing that happened relatively quickly was the uplist.

We have helped them use Covid as an excuse, and probably a viable reason.

Wouldn't be surprised in the least if Mintak doesn't meet his goal of getting the PEA out "by end of the quarter" today.

It's the same company either way whether the PEA comes out today or agonizingly sometime in the future. Just harder on those heavily invested.

The price we're at now is higher than where we thought we'd be without having a JV nor a PEA. We just thought we'd have those things by now.

Hang tough baws.

Totally agree. I’m not second guessing this at all. I’m holding to get past short term cap gains at a bare minimum. If it happens today, great! If it doesn’t I’ll log off and be excited when it does come.

Yeah if you had had us guess back in March if we'd be at the end of September with no JV yet, I would have guessed that we would be sub $2.

I don't think the JV being executed is fully baked into the price. The SIFT plant PR made us rip like 20%. But man I really want to see that JV PR come out, will make this a much easier hold as the risk of this being a failed investment goes down to much closer to zero.

It is like poker, you gamble on pot odds.

Sometimes the cards dont fall but over 100 hands, you win more than lose.

Kenny Rogers always had it right.

Managing expectations is a major component of managing a public company.

Why wouldn't Mintak communicate a PEA delay in advance if there is going to be one?

IF there is a delay I'm actually optimistic it's due to the scope of project increasing or changes to projected market demand/price

Damn what if they shut down the government forever

That’d be tight

Maybe it’s not a significant enough delay to warrant a press release. I guess it could be a lot of different things though, I’d just be speculating

Maybe it'll be addressed in the podcast. Any clue what time that will be on? Would make sense as the only people tuned in will be SLI fans and other lithium investors for the most part.
