Really would need to know details of the JV and PEA to even make a guess as to what market cap would be. Guess is that you could be approaching $20 before end of year, but that’s a complete spitball.

I think the PEA is dropped in September. When that happens I think we run 20%. Get close to retesting the highs.

Mintak told me they are on schedule to file the PEA in September.
It will include HCl byproduct recycle (the highest raw material cost they have). Hopefully a major margin booster.

So how do you think they will play it in relation to the JV %'s in terms of what they report? Will they assume 30% net to us or report gross?
To me the fact it includes all of South Arkansas makes that distinction important (as it is not like Lanxness has the right to a % of all of it).
I am also curious on how much color they add on pricing. I assume they will comply with the Cdn NI 43-101 rules (and SEC) which will not allow them to formally extrapolate current pricing... but current pricing is a hell of a lot better then the trailing averages...

I think this PEA is everything less Lanxess site. Not 100% on that though. The distinction made was more that it is not limited to Tetra (or associated with Tetra at all, actually).
