Don't they have to drill wells on Tetra? Also, if the JV is off, who's going to fund the commercial plant construction?

JV on or off I think Tetra is getting funded partially by the $250M shelf.. assuming JV is "on", Tetra would also probably get partially funded by the Lanxess commercial plants.

I think the $5 call at ~$1.90 for Jan'22 might be a better bet than the $7.5 call at ~$1.15.
