I think everyone at least on this site has been buying assuming there will be a JV (buying the rumor) The price is cooked in.

I think institutions will be the biggest buyers over the rest of the year, but probably more so when it uplists versus when the JV is announced. I know they are working hard on the uplisting so hopefully it isn't too far behind the JV announcement.
This getting over $5 per share and getting uplisted is going to be HUGE for getting orders of magnitude more volume and attention from institutions than currently exists today.

I went ahead and sold my loser PENN stock to bump STLHF up to 2,000 shares from 1,300 today. Hopefully that’s enough to qualify for a hat as I think I’m done unless we see a significant dip.
