Lots of examples of meme coins going from zero to over a billIon in market cap overnight because of it.

That is all

Future of what? Separating people from their money?

Doesn't look like they need help with AI to convince people

If you can give me the lead before it pops, I'll sell on the pop without worrying about the top.

You are absolutely right.
But just like with anything, you'll have a lot of shite to weed through.

It's 2025 and people still don't get it.

What do you mean "this time"? Are you not seeing the adoption?

What a strawman. No that's not going to happen.
But a strategic bitcoin reserve is 100% in the cards. If you don't think so, you're out of touch.

Trump promised not to sell any Bitcoin, US is already the largest holder of BTC of any country. He had fulfilled his promise to crypto people as long as he doesn't sell what they hold.

If you think Trump is going to spend tax dollars buying Bitcoin I don't know what to tell you.

Why not? Many countries are doing it already. Trump's team said the plan is to revalue the country's gold and use the difference to buy digital gold over the next 4 years. Trump would be a liar if he didn't buy Bitcoin.

Our country has other strategic reserves that buys and sells. Why would Bitcoin be any different.

It blows my mind that there are still conservatives who are anti crypto.

Guns and ammo aren't the only thing you will need in times of crisis. Eventually you will need to buy, sell, and trade. Gold and digital gold will be at the forefront of these exchanges once you get past the barter system phase.

Is there stable Internet and electricity and data centers full of miners in the barter world?

Bitcoin is globally decentralized. It will never stop unless the entire planet loses it's electric grid which is impossible.

I guess my understanding is lots of miners need to be running to process transactions. Maybe those miners are in South America or Europe or Asia while we have lost our power and are bartering in the USA.

And I'm thinking me and my barter friends are gonna need cellphones with towers working, and/or laptops or something and the towers are still connected to the underwater telecoms lines connecting the continents.

Just seems like a lot of infrastructure continuing to work like it does today when we're in a world of bartering and chaos.

So what would be the basis of the value for that strategic reserve?
