Stocks you missed out on?
Distinctly remember my physics teacher in summer of 2011 telling us about Tesla. Thought this guy was off his rocker a little (he was to be honest ) Was $25ish then. Thought about buying some stock with summer job money. It's 10x that now.
Your stories?

SIRI (Sirius XM) $.48 back in 2008, now over $4.50 per share.

Ford in 2008. It was around 1.50ish a share. Didn't have any money to my name to invest, but that one would pay off.

I missed out on ford also. Almost pulled the trigger but backed out. For me I'd say Lowes. I bought in at $17 and sold out at $28. I think it is or was in the $70s range.

Pixar when it was under $10...

I bought $10k of Netflix at what amounts to $10.13 in December 2011, sold it for a decent profit (was at ~$14) in January 2013 to put a down payment on a rental property.
...and it's at $132 now. Whoops.
But I bought Barclays after Brexit (while drunk), and that was apparently a good decision. So that helps soothe the NFLX pain.

FCX. I was staring at it like a deer in headlights when it was $3.52 in JAN 2016. $14.98 today.

Had fairly large stake in AMZN around $300. Stop-lossed out down 20% and has since taken off.

I chose GM ahead of Ford in 2008.
Every time I've heard Obama say he saved GM I grit my teeth.

I was just a kid so it's not like I missed out, but I was an early cheerleader of Google when most didn't even use it as their search engine. When they went public I asked my grandfather to buy me shares for Christmas, he gave his customary $20 bill instead.
I feel much worse about the bottles of Pappy Van Winkle I didn't buy in 2012 for $300.
Or the pre-construction prices at Lake Beau Pre for $120,000. If only I had known I'd be paying rent in BR for 8 years, and had $120k.

My old man got in on the construction model home (5th or 6th completed house in the hood), which I lived in from 04-08, and a Lake Beau Pre condo which my sister lived in from 05-08. Sold them a few years ago and did pretty well, considering he never paid a penny out of pocket on a mortgage payment or insurance.

Just about any stock in 2008.

This is a recent one that comes to mind. I bought 1000 shares at $4 or so and bailed at $6 or $7 I think. Not a huge lost opportunity but I should've been more patient

I sold 100 of NFLX back when it was $72 pre split. Got stopped out on FB when it went from $36 to $34. Trailing stop loss got me.

AAPL at $190
sold at like $250 because dad said too. -_-

nflx had a hell of a run before their most recent split. Airline stock was really low just a couple of months ago.

I think for every stock that goes from $1 to $50, that we miss, many of us buy turkeys. I know I have a lot more turkeys than I have misses.

Dominos pizza DPZ haunts me every time I see it. Thought about it under 4 in the crash.
Siri @.06 but my buddy got in, so I'm happy for him with that one.
