Yup, this first well will be the tell.

One of my friends is getting his geology masters right now so he is familiar with the area and did research on the company. He made it seem like the 3rd well is the one to be confident in.
Might see some price drops after the first 2 wells

I am hoping it levels back off around the mid 2s so that I can add some more. If they have any good reports with the upper(conventional zones) I can see this making a decent jump.

Bought 500 at 3.67. Hopefully it shoots up. Been thinking of putting more since it dropped.

If it drops, I may throw more at it. The potential is huge.

Curious on why he thinks the 3rd well would be the ticket?
Id think that if they struck oil on the first one itd be reason enough for this to explode. Maybe the 3rd well is on the opposite side of the area and if it hits, then ya got the whole basin full of oil?
Or are the 3 wells being drilled different depths?
Pardon my ignorance on this, I am not in the oil and gas industry

Add to say I'm holding this for a bit...atleast until they release their results from the 3 test wells. If they find a huge stash of oil ill probably turn this into a long term hold

Nice pop for those holding. Hopefully some grabbed some quick profits, as it's working it's way back now.

I sold 50%, will sell the rest if it gets back up this afternoon. Will then buy in my Roth when it trends down waiting on info from the next well.

Talk about regret not buying more and even bigger on selling half of my position yesterday.

Man did I misplay this one. The one I go tepid on.
I hate this market, nothing follows common sense. They are still so far away from actual production and and turning a profit and this thing is moonshot. Here I am waiting for the common sense dip and its running away.
