I looked at the numbers, I wondered what you were seeing? Its already got a market cap north of $4billion, and it hasn't even changed tickers yet (which by the way makes it still a penny stock, but not a small cap). I looked at the potential market share and valuation, and I come out way below $4 billion. Maybe I'm too careful
I appreciate your comments. If you are going to critique market cap of TSNP, do me one better. TESLA! If you can provide information to justify TESLA market cap, then much respect. Otherwise, let's not be a NEGATIVE NANCY and allow adults to make their own choices.
I am waiting right here....tick tock tick tock!!

VDRM - Talked to investor relations today about the number of outstanding shares and a possible reverse split. This is the reply:
We have no plans for further dilution. The recent share issuances were from old toxic debt that has been on the books for a few years. We are actively trying to eliminate that debt. With the recent movement in the stock some of the shares have been converted in the last couple of weeks by the creditors. We have not taken any toxic debt in a few years.
There has been NO talk or intent to do a reverse split. The only way one can ever be even considered would be for an uplisting to the NASDAQ assuming all other requirements are met. Other than that I see no reason to ever do a RS and would not expect one.

I bought 1000 shares at 0.37 and sold
400 today at 0.94 (to get my original back). If it dips I’m in for more. If it just goes up, I’m happy for the free money. Thanks for your tip :)

already called, they aren't much help. they'll just tell you about the influx of accounts being created and that its a process that takes 4-5 days to go through.
well, in my case im talking about bank account approval and i think you're talking about the actual transferred money making it into your fidelity account.
Thanks for the heads up. I chatted with the virtual assistant and it said 2-4 days so I'm still well within that window. Just going to have to be patient and see where we're at next week.

I must have bought your shares at .94 today, thanks.

Same, I intend on still buying into TSNP even if its above $1 next week. Will also be buying into ZOM for sure.
Planning on holding them long.
I wont have enough in my brokerage to be able to day trade so I'll be limited to 3 trades a week (I think thats the limit, need to check)
May swing trade them to recoup my original monies, but will be keeping some shares for the long haul.

He made an honest critique and you responded by being a dick. And Tesla isn’t a good example for this, it’s an outlier, exception to the rule type situation. There are stocks trading at high multiples, but Tesla is a completely different animal where multiples are thrown out the window

Many day traders trade on margin that is provided to them by their brokerage firm. Margin is essentially a loan to the investor, and it is the decision of the broker whether to provide margin to any individual investor. Brokers are mandated by law to require day traders have $25,000 in their accounts at all times. If the investor's account falls below $25,000, the investor has five business days to replenish the account. If the investor fails to replenish the account, he or she will be forced to trade on a cash-available basis for the next 90 days and may be restricted from day trading.
Even if the investor is not utilizing margin, the $25,000 account minimum applies. If you trade four or more times in five business days, and if the value of those trades is more than 6% of that period's total trading activity, you will be identified as a “pattern” day trader under FINRA Rule 4210. Thereupon, you will be required to maintain a $25,000 account minimum, or face restrictions on trading.
Margin trading entails greater risk, including but not limited to risk of loss and incurrence of margin interest debt, and is not suitable for all investors. Please assess your financial circumstances and risk tolerance prior to trading on margin.

That’s a fair point but most of the trolls have been on the trolling spectrum, not on the legitimate critique spectrum

lol he's not getting millions of people to buy into one stock. He simply posted a few of his buys and why he buys them. Yea the dude may be a little rough around the edges but he's making good buys.
As a beginner of course we will gravitate to the penny stocks to see what its about. I understand penny stocks are volatile and may not be the best move, but that's a risk I'm willing to take with $200
