Just transferred some play money into my Schwab account to get in on this one. Won’t process until the 4th, so I hope she runs flat tomorrow.

Yup - the train left the station on OCGN, up 70% today. It was on my HOTLIST , I apologize for me and you.

Sold 1500 of ZOM today at 1.15 and added 2000 at 1.07 an hour later. Now have 7000 shares with cost of 1.01. My mistake was waiting to long to buy your recommendation. My first buy was at 1.295. Been adding on dips since. Bought TSNP when I first saw it at 0.17. Been DCA up since and am up 65.5%. I have bought 4 of your stocks and am up 2.7K in a month.

No mistake- you are a trader & that’s cool. Here me out, over the next 90 days ZOM is a traders dream. I am a investor, trading is not my gig. GL

It’s gonna drop back down to 1.90 or so we just need to be in before next big day
They happen every month or so

That 2.7K profit is not is not actually profit, that is the difference in share price from the time I bought. Today is the first day that I sold any of your stocks and it was only because I wanted to increase my shares at a lower price. I ty to follow price action daily and get a strategy to swing trade some of my stocks. I only trade a small portion to try and get a bigger profit by adding on dips. I need to trade some to get money for other buys. I am 98% invested in stocks and try to keep a small cash position to buy other stocks or add to my position.

If ZOM dips again, I plan to add more.

How much more can it dip at this point?
Posted on 2/2/21 at 9:16 pm to High C
Anything under 1.05 I will add. Would like to get 20000 shares. No way I get to AT position but I believe this is going up.

I just hate averaging up, but I get your point.

For you traders- how do you get by capital requirements? I am on fidelity and usually have a lot of cash tied up but there are times I want to sell a spike then buy back in and always struggle. Admittedly just moved my account to margin but any words to the wise?

There are some day trading rules you need to be aware of, though.

I always have enough cash in my money market so I do not have to wait for my sells to clear. I have never had a problem at Vanguard.

For starters, you need to have the cash available (or margin) to cover the buy that will settle on the same day as the sell.
If you buy $3k of a stock and sell it for $4k, you’re typically going to be short on capital unless you can cover that $3k purchase by settlement.
Also, as Castor mentioned, be careful of pattern day trader rules at a minimum.
quote:
A FINRA rule applies to any customer who buys and sells a particular security in the same trading day (day trades), and does this four or more times in any five consecutive business day period; the rule applies to margin accounts, but not to cash accounts. A pattern day trader is subject to special rules. The main rule is that in order to engage in pattern day trading you must maintain an equity balance of at least $25,000 in a margin account. The required minimum equity must be in the account prior to any day trading activities. Three months must pass without a day trade for a person so classified to lose the restrictions imposed on them. Pursuant to NYSE 432, brokerage firms must maintain a daily record of required margin.

Just curious- I hear this all the time, I don’t understand. Allow me to share.....also tell me to F - off, it your money.
My best friend’s father was a decent man, loved his country, loved his family & loved his motor home. Simple , cut off 2 fingers working in a saw mill......ate at Piccadilly every Sunday. When he died $42 Million was split between 3 children, no one knew, not even his children.
I loved this man his name was HOSS. At his funeral I will never forget his business manager standing up and these are his words.
My friend HOSS “ if you must spend it, only spend the interest otherwise learn to live within your means”. Hoss only had 4 stocks EVER - 4 stocks. Talk about Diamond Hands. GL

You know AT I appreciate that story. I find I lose my roots/grounding at times. Like your beer habit I have them as well. I need to ensure these winnings go to 1) charity (always have wanted to help a deserving kid get a college scholarship) 2) remind me of my roots and that simple may be better than lavish and 3) the occasional personal splurge to keep the fascination and adrenaline going.
Appreciate your service to the board and others.

TSNP thoughts:
Yahoo Finance - $40 Billion transfers
Think about what is unfolding in front of us. If anyone has Hispanic friends, we all know the culture spends a lot of time at Western Unions, etc sending funds to Mexico. TSNP / HUMBL will solve this time consuming hassle with their APP. In addition to the 99 other countries announced yesterday. This is DISRUPTIVE technology as Americans we take for granted.

Is TSNP still worth it at its current price?
