ALT's are other crypto currency not of the big 3... so it is not Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Ethereum

Just bought some ETH on Coinbase with the list price of $733 but when I look at the transaction it lists the purchase price at $741.

Prices fluctuate quickly. Look at the transaction under the account tab and see what the price was when you actually clicked buy.
