Don't even really have to meet deadlines if you communicate "why" most people are pretty amicable.

I have more ideas that I can do in a lifetime. But it isn’t about your ideas. It’s about execution. All I can say is that if you want to be successful then build an audience. It doesn’t matter what you do really. You build your audience and you can do anything and be successful. That is the key. But it is hard work. I personally use video.

Incorporate and start buying property ... landlord is the easiest thing for someone without a business idea to get into. If you follow the BRRRR method, you could start with something as low as 10k and make your investment back in a year, all while keeping the property and the subsequent cashflows.

We started an online Facebook auction buying amazon products.

Now we have 10+ sellers and are over 1600 members since November of last year.

We sale anything from kids stuff, electronics, tools, you name it we auction it off.

How does that work? Are you buying things off of Amazon and auctioning them on FB?

We buy the pallets normally but we also shop at bargain bins. $5 items turns into 15-20 possibly per item.

For example.
Found a $165 online runner rug for home. Paid $5 and auctioned it off for $50.

It really just depends on what we find.

Avionics...all of you young guys, go to the aviation school in Jacksonville and study repair...huge demand and short supply. Go find a private aviation company doing charter work/sales etc...be a 1099..very little tools/equipment costs to enter.

Industrial - most of my background is midstream, now I’m getting in to the downstream chemical side. Speciality welding, pipe valves fittings, structural steel, civil work. While I was doing the midstream side of it they were all green field projects, now I’m mostly focusing on turnarounds. I’ve always wanted to go out on my own in construction.
