Business Plan Pro is what I used to start two different companies. Many of the questions asked are things you otherwise wouldn't even consider/think of in the first place.

Plus, you can edit the points of the business outline. Good luck!

The LA small business consulting services are free and they will help you build a business plan. I work for a very large consulting firm in BR area and we refer clients to them all the time. They will provide free research and walk you through the process of creating a business plan with outlines. Not really fast, but they are nice and do a great job (free).
