are you gonna file even though they said that they wont enforce any fines, etc?

I filed all of mine last year
Isnt it a one time thing? Or does it need to be renewed?
They said it was optional just yesterday right?
Under the Orange admin im not concerned

What's the point if it's a one time thing? I can open more businesses this year to circumvent the system - assuming it's all to prevent money laundering and the like...

It's supposed to be updated as things change with the business

Not filing until absolutely necessary

I feel bad for the business that spent money for the compliance. Many law firms were charging $2500 per entity/filing

Not filing. Attorney we were referred to required a $1,000 retainer. I would feel more comfortable if they made an official announcement/ruling that it was dead or not required. At that point, I will request my money back.
