doubtful, if the reddit autists want to push it like they did GME. if they are going to trade the market like a video game (and have enough players) this could zoom

I saw that. Not concerned about it until the CEO John Chen sells. He’s been taking his salary as entirely shares. You don’t know why people sell a stock. Sometimes they think it’s going down. Sometimes they think it’s overvalued. Sometimes they need or want the money. If the CEO was selling a large portion I’d be more concerned, but a couple officers selling portions (not even their entire portfolio) is less concerning

Also, sometimes it's mandatory if they set a trigger in what's called a 10b5-1 plan. At certain dates or prices they must sell.
Not saying that's what happened, but it's hard to conclude anything looking at insider selling exclusively.

Would that be in the sale disclosure? I hadn’t seen anything in their disclosures to show a forced sale

AH doesn’t seem to care. 14.70.

y’all tell the WSB’ers to get on GOGO next LOL

I’m going to pull some profit from $BB if it hits $20 and probably go into GOGO next. With the vaccine rolling out, it should be a good summer for travel

With the UK strain floating around who knows. I want to believe you no one thought we would be here in 2021 dealing with this shite still early last year.

not to derail but it is “rumored” that GOGO refinanced their debt this week. No confirmation as of yet

I'm pretty sure it is disclosed somewhere. Not sure if its immediate, but I'd start in the SEC records.

I bought it at 10, loving this stock. Thanks my man!

Is that a good thing for a stock? GOGO a buy?
Posted on 1/22/21 at 7:34 pm to Upperdecker
If I buy a stock, and the line turns green and goes vertically for a week, is that good?

Yes, longer term hold. Don't expect this BB type move but could very well be a multi-bagger over the next few years.

If you've not already checked out the SEC Form 4s, filed yesterday, for the insider sales of BB shares, here's a link to them: LINK
Unless I overlooked it, I see nothing in any of those filings indicating any of the insider sales disclosed in those filings were pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 predetermined sale.
FWIW, for other publicly traded companies that I've owned shares where insiders sold shares in accordance with Rule 10b5-1, to the best of my knowledge and belief, I've seen footnotes in the SEC Form 4s indicating the sales were pursuant to Rule 10b5-1.

The vaccine targets the same surface proteins regardless of strain. The vaccine is effective against the Brazilian strain, wuhan strain and UK strain. Until it makes a major structural evolutionary leap, which it could, it’s containable via vaccine.
