Does anyone know the answer to my original question? Sorry if it's a dumb one

Here is the question for reference:

quote:

I don't know if I've really had a significant position (relative to me) in a company when they did another offering like this. Do we get subscription warrants or something if we don't want to dilute our position? How does that work through a brokerage account?

I looked at the prospectus and it seems like there is something like this being offered but I still am unsure of the logistics on how I'd go about exercising that subscription through my brokerage account. I just don't want my shares to be diluted. Maybe it won't have an impact on my small position? Again, I haven't experienced this before with a holding that I cared enough about.

I am not aware that existing shareholders have an alternate option to dilution

Heavens no. Just because it appears that they are going at it alone, doesn't mean they won't take 6 billion tomorrow.

You're gonna see good price action in anticipation of sales. There will be opportunities.

them adding $200 million to the buyout price had to at least give some potential suitors pause

I don’t mind being in on the making of a mid size pharmaceutical company from the beginning.

Sure I’d be happy for a $35-50 buyout tomorrow, but I’d be happier to see $100 in 2-3 years. I don’t see why that’s not attainable.

Many forget that Restasis, which sucks arse, made over a billion per year at one point.

VOS will be the new standard of care in that area, and that’s just a secondary indication.

Ding ding ding. Nobody is patient anymore, this thing at minimum will get to $30 and if they keep doing things right it could be $100 in the near “future.”

I can wait

I’d say you’re on your way to a small fortune as well.

Is this new act that Trump is trying to pass to lower prescription drug prices going to affect AUPH’s bottom line? Does this change the investor’s strategy?

I suspect it’s announcement Friday Certainly had a damper effect on AUPH stock price.

Once it becomes more clear what trump is doing here it's a potential revaluation of the entire industry.

Bought 15 more shares today. Will continue to buy 30 per month at this price.

I hadn’t heard about Trump...

I'm probably reading this wrong, but did today's release also include another 2 million shares offered up to the underwriters?

quote:

"The Company has granted the underwriters an option exercisable, in whole or in part, in the sole discretion of the underwriters, to purchase 2,000,000 additional common shares, for a period of up to 30 days."

They seem to always offer that. It’s a drop in the bucket.

I hope to increase my holding by 10% over the next six months to somewhat keep up with the newest offering.

LINK to a brief summary of the executive order. They highlight insulin and epinephrine and seem to be focused on reducing the cost of prescription drugs at the counter/pharmacy not IV/infusion therapies given by a physician.
