XBI is getting absolutely demolished...

Looks like BB worst fear is coming true. The overall biotech market is going to drag AUPH into the toilet with it, to the point where you would need a 200% buyout premium just to get back to the mid-30s again

Hard not to think about buying. Only issue is relative value when there are other things similarly under priced.

I came to this party very late and have a price point around $18. I don’t know much about this stock other than what’s been discussed the last few months and I thought the buyout was imminent. I knew it sounded to easy.

I've been on the sidelines and am thinking of going heavy around this $15 level. Is there any timeframe for this buyout?

You will hear people make predictions but its speculation. Good things have already happened. The negotiation of the buyout could finish tomorrow or still not happen six months from now

Agreed, I believe this bleeds until earnings. We'll find out if the shelf was tapped.

It will probably bleed as long as the market bleeds. RE: another capital raise they've had the ability to do that for a year and just renewed that option

I think some of the narrative about that being a new issue (pressing concern) is overblown. The management don't want the value of their shares diluted either

Especially at a cheap as shite share price. I was more worried about the offering in the $30s than here. I thought they were good through 2023 money wise and maybe forever. (2023 number could be bcrx I've got their financials all screwed up in my head and my spreadsheets aren't convenient right now).

ER still not set. Robinhood has an expected date of 2/23. And options not granted. I take that as bullish and BO is imminent? I would feel like they would’ve awarded options a couple weeks ago when it was $14.

I read somewhere( i think stocktwits) that they've always awarded options on 2/2 in prior years. supposedly sign of buyout but honestly my dog could take a green shite tomorrow and stock twits would cite it as prophesy of a buyout at this point.
