Gotta think there was always the anticipation that they would do another stock offering.. so the "bad news" was somewhat already baked in

My peter lynch quote in previous post convinced me to not pull the trigger and sell any.


Letting it all ride I guess until we atleast break 20 at some point this has the potential.

If you end a day net neutral on an offering announce, its a win. Ending with gains, thats a huge positive. Street agrees and sees value

Think of it as someone went through this company and evaluated it and determined that it was worth $15 right now based on what it contains.

If they would have given some out for cheaper they would have potentially sunk the stock. ask too much and you don't get the money you need so the stock sinks from a failed round of money raises.

For reference, the last huge offering was issued right after the overwhelmingly successful phase 2 in March of 2017.

Just before the offering, the stock soared to 10.54 (an all time high)....then the dreadful offering was completed at 6.75/share

Even though it raised about the same amount as this one there was outrage over the low pps and dilution.

This time, everyone is estatic that it’s so close to market price, and the dilution is minor.
