Seems to be a very strong ETF over the last few years, thinking about getting in to it. Thoughts?

Tech has done very well over the past few years.
Im not saying it won’t continue to do very well but I’d be cautious about jumping on a horse that’s already gone 1k miles at 100mph.

That's irrelevant of he's thinking long term and likes techs in the long term.
Obviously you want to "buy low," but the people who've been waiting for a good pull back in that sector to get in have missed out.
Not only that, while it's heavily weighed towards techs, it's not just techs.

I'm thinking about buying some SPY puts today.

I do and I love it. Up 483% since acquisition.
Technology is my industry and I've done quite well with it.

I invested heavily in TQQQ right before Trump took office. I've been extremely pleased.

The Pepsi holding is a head scratcher for me.

I didn’t keep going but next highest sector after tech is consumer cyclical. Pepsi is a pretty diversified large cap in that area. I would think coke and Starbucks etc are in the 15-30 holding rankings.
