Pressure washing dirty concrete is probably the most satisfying of outside chores. You'd probably have to pay me for me to let you pressure wash my driveway.

Buy the disc that makes it go faster to pressure wash, especially if you are looking to do it as a side job.

This is great. Lot of truth.

I've always thought of this as well. And it'd be an easy way to establish LLC

That disc thing is AMAZING. If you are trying to make money doing this, do not let yous customers find out about it. I rented a pressure washer and one of those from Home Depot for 4 hours. I had my entire driveway done in like 20 minutes and was looking for something to do with it to fill up the rest of the 4 hours. No zebra stripes or anything from using wand. Just even, clean driveway.

Which brand do you have? Most have many bad reviews about leaking and failure minutes out of the box

Not sure. It was a rental. I pain $20 bucks for a 4 hour rental. It did require a higher rated pressure washer which I had to rent. I think total, the rental was $80. But if you already have a pressure washer with high enough pressure, it's just the 20 bucks. And as long as you don't have a 400 yard driveway, you can knock it out in 4 hours easily.

yes...it is very satisfying

call around for quotes to see what the market rate is but i was quoted $250 for my house. at that rate you could have a higher end pressure washer and surface cleaner paid for after a few jobs. 4 houses a weekend is $1000 cash money after that.

How big is your driveway? I did some research and it sounds like they do flat bid versus hourly.
IMO, this sounds like something you could easily grow and hire H.S./college Guys with trucks to break their backs doing, you become more of a manager so that you have added freedom on the weekends.
I like the idea of the 'zamboni' attachment. Really help your back.
