Anyone else ordering expensive medications from international

pharmacies to save money? Looks like that's all going to end on 10/22 as a new Customs & Border policy is going into effect. I've been ordering generic Eliquis(Apixaban) for my wife through a Canadian pharmacy for years now and pay about $35-$50 per month for it since it's not yet available here in the US due to patent issues. It will now cost at least $350 per month for the name brand even using an app such as GoodRx.

So no meds from outside the border?
I haven't heard about this. I'm assuming this is under the guise of fighting fentanyl? But they actually doing the bidding of big pharma?
I guess I better make a big order of Ivermectin, hydroxychoriquine, anti-biotics.
I order all this during covid from overseas.

Yes.
We can't import from overseas to save money but they can.
One of the key ingredients for making antibiotics hasn't been made in the US since 2004.
