i run a small civil engineering firm, quite different from yours but ill give it a shot.

learn the business before you strike out, youll build relationships with future clients who will follow you, find hardworking people you want to bring with you, etc.

Hire staff - my venture became enjoyable for me after i hired my first employee. i had to train him for about 4 months but was well worth it. Asap, start subbing out some of the stuff you dont like or want to do.

i go to a crossfit gym, its a great experience because most of the owners and coaches work to build a community. i would focus on that - say hi and shake hands with everyone, everyday. ETA - introduce your customers to each other! Noone does that, i think that would be a great way to build community.
