I realize "ethics" is rare on these boards- me included.

But I MAY have some club level FSU tickets for sale- I paid face through LSU ($450), the cheapest anywhere near mine on the resale sights is $650+ fees. So what is a fair price for me to charge on here? $650?- I save fees, buyer saves fees?

Get the most that someone will pay for them. When the tickets are less desirable, buyers will try to get them as cheap as they can. All is fair.

I find it's the rare person on this site that will pay a premium. Most will just laugh at you. List them with a price, have thick skin, and you might get offers or find a buyer. I find it easier to use a 3rd party site

You'll get all kinds of hell from the folks on here, but they would do the same in a heartbeat if the roles were reversed. Baws from Ascension Parish and Lafayette need all the extra scratch they can get.

The people buying tickets on this site are the biggest group of poor-mouthers I've ever seen. Offer them for $600 on here and $650+ on Stubhub/SeatGeek.

Just list them for what you want in here. The ethical thing to do is put a price and don’t treat it like a eBay bidding war via email.
Yes some are smart asses about it.
But some sellers need to be laughed at sometimes

I like the idea of guaging the market on the pay sites and asking a price that saves the buyer the fees and me the fees. I hate the idea that those sites are charging both sides so much for nothing. So if a ticket is on Stubhub for say $300, I'd just ask that amount.

I had to sell a pair of my tix. Transferred from ticket office to Seatgeek. I got 225, buyer paid 300. Seatgeek gets 25% of the sale price!!! Plus, they get to keep the money until after the game.

Post them here for the least you'll let them go for and post them on either Stubhub or Ticketmaster for what others in that section are selling for (possibly a few bucks less). If a LSU fan here wants the hookup he'll very likely have the opportunity to grab them from this board before some random fan sees them for sale online.

The same people on here that expect to pay face value for premium games are the same ones that won't pay face value for the non premium non conference games. And then you have some trolls that have to do their job.
