Ok so I've slowed the video down to look at it frame by frame. The resolution is absolutely awful. However I am able to notice a few things.
-The blonde girl appears to be standing near the down body almost the entire time.
- A figure in what apears to be a black shirt/polo as well as some very dark jeans comes from the left to the side around and perform a swift motion toward the front of the body with his foot.
-When this figure reaches the body a white male in a white shirt and khaki shorts is CLEARLY visible next to him (in front of the figure in black from the video perspective) also making motions toward the body
-After the swift motion from the figure in black they immediately step over the body and farther away. Another person (looks white) comes toward the figure in black and starts pulling/pushing him.
-The blonde girl continues what appears to be kicking motions to the body.
From that point on the video is turned away and it's impossible to see what happened

If you are in BR and have Cox, you may be able to catch it on the station that replays the news. I was looking online and I can't find it.
If you have Charter digital they are showing it on channel 138 right now.
ETA: They said it is all the same video that we've been discussing here. It was originally over a minute but was edited down to what is now posted in the 22 second video.

I really think it's so subjective that you can't tell what the hell is happening. (not you personally)
Looking at the same stuff with our video editing software, it looks like the girl is blocking the person in the all black and white socks/shoes that kicked the person on the ground. she then helps the person on the ground up and walks away with him, so I don't think she's kicking him.

Who is they?
Why was it edited? Can we get the full minute plus video?

So after all this, it was a girl who kicked the guy in the head the whole time.

You guys over there probably have better software than me so I trust what you're saying.
I agree that the quality is so bad that it's nearly impossible to draw a defiant conclusion.

Where is Zapruder when you need him?

I don't know about anyone else, but even the 22 second part is much more clear on TV than watching it on youtube. Sports2, did y'all lighten it up?

Has ESPN gotten ahold of this video? Not that it shows much..... just wondering if they have.

No no no. You guys have this all wrong. The girl was responsible for sinking the Titanic. We're not concerned with that right now. What matters is that whoever kicked the guy in the head was obviously complicit in the D.C. earthquake. Hence the reason they're searching houses and collecting DNA. Geez it's not that hard.
Also, BRPD is not 100% certain but aliens may or may not be involved.

this video is so bad, its the same as someone just having a tape recorder. there is no way you can know anything from this video, better have more witnesses. i have seen beter evidence than this still not help a so called victim

"They" is the WBRZ News team. They said the full length video went up today and was taken down shortly afterward. Apparently the 22 second part was put back up later.

As stated above, you can't tell who kicked him. You are correct. But it does clearly show he is kicked, so it does prove part of his story and shows that he isn't just making stuff up.
