12/5/70. LSU 61 Ole Miss 17, followed closely by the One Second Miracle in 1972.

Boy, that's a real classy thing to do to LSU's only Heisman winner and fixture on the 1958 NC team. No wonder people perceive LSU students as such douchebags.

2001 in Baton Rouge score Ole Miss 35 LSU 24. Signs all around Baton Rouge said Eli who. Was so fun to leave listening to the LSU stations and the fans calling in to say we suck, fire Saben, He is the worst coach ever. And then he became the greatest after you won the National Championship.

Not just the students tchefuncte tiger.
Fans like you and me too since you went there.
Unless you're in denial. Cannon often was a douche bag too. Fame doesn't automatically make you a great guy.

LSU 14 - Ole Miss 13.

Great game. One you'd call a defensive slobberknocker!

1982. 31-0 at halftime and 45-0 at the end of the third. Ole Miss fumbled the opening kickoff after talking garbage all week, jumping up and down on the logo after the coin toss.Hillard scored on the first play from scrimmage.

Ole Miss finished the game with minus 50 yards rushing.

dear God. I guess one mistake in life ruins everything before and after?? I don't know you, but I KNOW that in your life you have broke the law, maybe not counterfiting money, but driving drunk...something. How would you like that to be your calling card and people never think you could be a good person again??

Take off your halo... stop walking on water and remeber but for the grace of God,you could be in the same place, hoping people would forgive you.

'06 in BR was great. A friend of mine took me and two other pals, and we sat in the chairbacks on the 45. Awesome to jump around and scream with guys 40 years older than me. As I remember, it was cold as balls that night.

Two really stand out in my memory:

October 29, 1960. LSU 6 Ole Miss 6

Game played in Oxford – caught the train near Alex Box Stadium about mid-night for the early afternoon game. The Tigers were 1-4 having lost four straight that season while Ole Miss was 6-0 and ranked #2. Tigers outplayed the heavily favored Rebels all afternoon, but a missed xp spelled doom as the Rebels kicked a fg late in the 4th quarter to salvage a tie.

November 4, 1961. LSU 10 Ole Miss 7

Ole Miss came into this game undefeated and the presumptive #1 team in the nation. (Actually ranked #2, but #1 Michigan State had lost an early afternoon game – an Ole Miss win against the #6 ranked Tigers would certainly propel them to the #1 ranking.). Stovall and Wendell Harris played great games – Harris scored all ten of the Tigers’ points. Great fourth down pass catch by Bill Traux kept the scoring drive alive (only pass completion of the night for the Tigers).

Look, Billy, this is just an internet message board. It is ok. Don't take it so personally.

I still say that the LSU athletic department was at fault for running him out on the field to honor him so soon after he got released from the hole.

Didn't even have to think about this one. The infamous 72 "Turn back the Clock 4 seconds" Jones to Davis game. Was still in high school. Me and two of my buddy's got tickets outside the stadium. I bought a ticket that was real low on the southern end of the West sideline on about the 5 yardline. They got seats in the lower deck of the SE corner and had a birds eye view of the pass from Bert to Brad..........
