It's the simple part of the game that even my 10-year old understands that most folks are complaining about, and she's a girl! You can understand quantum physics but if you can't communicate with the girl you're not getting the date. You can understand all the complex schemes you want but when you can't call timeout at the right time, when you don't have your field goal team ready to go, when you don't call 2 plays in a time out, when you don't get the snap off more than once before time runs out... How big does your football IQ need to be for that? When former coaches and players are laughing at your coach on national TV because several times he's screwed up the obvious, don't come on here and talk about how great a football mind he is. I'm not trying to bash LM but get real.

I guess my issue is can any of you coach any better. Do you know how to six man protect a four weak blitz with a fire zone on the frontside. Do you know how to teach college level technique to players? Can you teach triangular passing reads to a qb. (yes most passing games are built on triangular stressing of zone coverages, but most of you don't even know what that means. Do you know what a progression read is versus an object read in the passing game. Can you teach an o-linemen the concepts and techniques of covered vs. uncovered in the zone running game? My point is let the coaches coach they know way more than you do!
Posts like this one should be a bannable offense on any message board or forum.

yall all missed the point. Miles does have bad clock management, everyone can see that. There are just to many people that don't really know anything about the game that think that they do. I've sat at games and heard it. It is hillarious. That play didn't work, but then LSU will come back and run a the same scheme again and it works and you get the why haven't they been calling that all along shite. When you pass you should have run and vice versa. Everybody has the right to voice their opinion, just make sure you can back your opinion up with facts. And most people on this board can't, especially the Madden geeks. My point was how many people really know the game? Not as many as think they do!

2011 football has passed us by, as it is so complicated. We still are fans and have a right not to enjoy being embarrassed. LM must be a good guy, but anyone can see he is a little bit DUFUS! 100% gambler! Some people will never accept that while others love it. Come on...that football. For all you smart guys...How much will Colorado pay for LM? The AD is leaving. Will they combine the jobs? Will we be happy ...if LM leaves? Jimbo Fisher will not come back....do you think?

This is something that can be said for any fanbase. Some fans are more educated than others and some are ignorant fans....There are bigger things to worry about!!! Like winning the last 3 games.

This is a freakin board for fans to state their frustrations and concerns douche. Nobody will ever get fired from what is written on this board. It's a way for us to debate and throw around our "little bit" of knowledge to make us feel better. Get off your high horse because you sat on the bench and had a chance to memorize your high school play book. On top of that you don't know who played football on here and who didn't. For all you know we were all 5 star recruits out of high school. You pompous sack!

You know what's even funnier? Joe Alleva likely does not understand half of the pretentious gibberish that you just spouted, yet he is fully empowered to fire Miles at any time. The point being, one doesn't need to be versed in the arcana of technique or playcalling to accurately assess a coach.

All of you have made my point. By the way those are not made up terms douchebag, go watch an NFL practice or go to a college coaches meeting or practice and see if those are made up terms. Never called anybody a name I asked Who is the douche. Where and how is that name calling? everyone talks about their right to an opinion, back your opinion up with knowledge. It's kind of like the movie Hoosiers when all the local rubes thought they knew basketball, but didn't know shite. i simply made a point about people who think they know more than they acctually do. the one that are offended are the ones that don't know as much as they think, and they got their little feelings hurt so they start calling names. So once again who is the bigger douche? I never called anyone a name, go back and read the post. "You want the truth, you cant handle the truth" people would rather believe something false and feel good about themselves then know the truth and feel bad. That is the society we live into today. Everybody is an expert. And the sad part is it's all done on message boards were their identity is hidden. Notice i don't post very often. Just read a lot of this stuff and think all these EXPERTS are hilarious. IT'S CALLED FANTASY LAND. Kind of like playing fake computerized football. For Christ sake they even brodcast that crap on ESPN some times Madden tournements. What a joke! My simple point was that a lot of the people on the board don't know near as much as they run their mouths about. When did it become ok to shoot your mouth off about shite you don't know?

I'm under the impression that the purpose of a message board was for fans and alumni of LSU to express an OPINION. I didn't know that actually being employed as a coach was a pre-requisite for doing just that. What's the % of males that make up the Tiger Stadium crowd that have actually played and/or coached? I think LSU should only let them in the game and ban everybody else.
