Thanks man. it's nice to hear positive feedback from opposing fans instead of the usual "LSU FANS WERE DRUNK AND SCREAMING N WORDS AT EVERYBODY AND PUNCHING BABIES!!!"

I could tell it, plus most ark fans I spoke with admitted it too.

Yes. The crowd that shows up in Little Rock is a bunch of drunk idiots from South Arkansas, I really wish you guys could experience a game in Fayetteville, the experience is MUCH, MUCH better overall.

However, our team seems to play better in Little Rock, and the Little Rock boosters won't let it happen either.

It's a shame.

Great post. The Arkansas fans I encountered were equally as impressed. My buddy that lives here bet me $500 on the game and is butthurt today, but he will get over it.

I would have to agree on the comments here about LSU fans after this year. First, the game is a separate issue. They played better. Period. Congrats on the win, it was well earned. Now that this is out of the way, let me say my brother and his wife had to take a bus back home because their car is demolished. All the windows were busted out, the paint was keyed beyond recognition, tires were slashed. I was not there but he swears it was full of pee as well... When they got back to the car after the game, there were people gathered around the car laughing about it and picking up trash from the streets and putting it in the car. I have had my own experiences but nothing even close to this. Mostly just over the top ribbing which is great in my opinion and usually makes for a fun game. I cannot believe this is how LSU fans treat people coming in to watch games. They contacted the police and filed a report. To which they were told " you shouldn't have parked here." Nice police work there, die hard. After this, I would warn those accepting food from others to be cautious. You never know what bodily fluids your ingesting. Just saying.

I was laughing too. It's just weird, I've never seen opposing fans mistreated, or cars demolished, and I'm on campus every game. But hey...

I have been going to games in TS for 30 years and I can honestly say I have never witnessed anything like this, ever.

I've always thought of LSU as this stupid "rivalry game" that has been forced on us with a stupid trophy, but it's really starting to pick up some steam over the past few years.
I don't think this game will ever become a true rivalry. I see our future games with A&M more of a rivalry than the game with Arkansas.

I think we have started to develop something of a real rivalry for the last 4 or 5 seasons. Arkansas has a legit program, but their coach is going to hold them back from winning an SEC title.

I think A&M has some real potential, considering proximity, and both schools having Ag/Military history. But their program is going to have to really improve before we take them seriously.

I would think Missouri and Arkansas would be a natural rivalry, but I don't know if they will play every year.

Thanks for the kind words Khallos.

What befuddles me is that some of the butthurt opponents' fans (not just Arkansas') put the few jackass fans on a pedestal.
Why give them credence? IGNORE THEM !
Enjoy the atmosphere with the 95% of the fans who are tailgating ,eating, drinking, facepainting, talking football, etc.
Why LOOK for trouble when you can ignore the few idiots and have a blast in the best venue for college football in the country ???

Don't think that's the case. This Arkansas team would have won any other conference championship in the country......

Yeah. Like I said...

Petrino is going to struggle at recruiting, both because he doesn't have the high school base to pull from, and he's too much of a dick to smooth talk athletes in someone else's backyard.

He'll put his best athletes on offense, and leave the defense to have what's left. He'll never win it all in the SEC because of this.
