Lee shows no sign of improving and we I think we are best suited for next year having 3 QB's with sec game experience. Lee is not an athlete and that is what is killing the offense.

that's what kills me. why should lsu keep giving him opportunities if he isn't going to get his shite together? are we just denying JJ the chance to go out there and prove that he's good enough to get better?

He showed his freshman year that he could play. Lee hasnt shown any. Im glad Miles has given every oppotunity in big games, and even small ones, to do somethin but he hasnt. JJ WILL be better than Lee with experience

How many picks will it take for Jefferson to get his damn shot? I'm sick of this now. Lee throws 4 INTs and people don't have a problem with it, WTF

Jefferson has ZERO experience. You really think putting him in against BAMA would do anything? With Hatch out, we were stuck with Lee. Give JJ snaps against Troy and the rest of the schedule. As bad as it was, we were still in the BAMA game to the end.

I would say stick with Lee if he was showing improvement, but that's just not happening. I think a game off and take some pressure off of him would do some good. Plus giving Jefferson a chance. Right now the LSU world is on Lee's arse and it shows.

Ok, so what's the plan...Keep giving Lee the ball until Jefferson is ready?
When will he (Jefferson) get his shot (after Lee wins the Heisman as a sophomore and leaves for the NFL)?
Bottomline: Lee hasn’t improved at all—still making the same mistakes week after week. Time to give JJ a shot.
And don’t come back with “Lee looks better in practice” cause it ain’t about practice! Practice, Practice, we talkin’ about practice???????

Well you realize the only standard he really has to meet at this point is to not hand the other team seven points.

Oh really? He won on the road at Auburn and on the road at SC. and we played to overtime with the number one team in the nation. Has he made mistakes? Surely. Has he shown flashes of brilliance at time also? Surely. That's called inconsistency. It's called being a freshman. To say he hasn't shown anything is to be dishonest.

JJ is a gamer. LSU needs some fresh blood and a spark, and that is hopefully what he will bring.

Didnt Texas pretty much have a no existent running game his sophomore year as well as an inexperienced line. Totally opposite for Lee.

OK! I say put him in. He better throw 4 TD's and run for one.The way ya'll are talking he is way ahead of Lee. He will be worse. Maybe not against troy but Ole Miss will expose jefferson for the true freshmen he is.Stick with Lee and take our licks this year.

right...you will see next year...lee is our sean glennon of virginia tech
