I don't know about that. I thought last year's gymnastics team was pretty strong.

I'm assuming baseball and I don't think it's some outlandish statement.

Overall, I think last year's Quidditch team was slightly better. Certainly the seeker last year was slightly more talented.

It is ridiculous.

We are the same in the OF. We had Austin Bain playing 4 for Gods sake.

We don’t have a power threat except for Watson. We are below average defensively at every infield position. We don’t have a dominant Friday starter or a closer. Our catcher appears to need a nap some days.

Put your sandwich down. Quit watching TV and log off of TD dummy. Which sport are you referring to?

Agree with all of that right now, but the statement was about talent. This team has some young players. Labas, Storz or Hilliard could develop into a dominant starter. Cabrera and Hughes are both very talented. Broussard seems to be damn near as good as Freeman and we still have Josh Smith out.

I don't know if all of that means this team is more talented or will do better. But, those are the reason I said it wasn't an outlandish statement.

Yes dumbass, its a very ambiguous post. No one knows if its football or baseball.

half the posts on the rant are still about football

Lange > any starter
Walker > any starter
Poché > any starter
Pap > Feduccia
Kramer > Hughes
Deichman > any hitter
Freeman > Broussard

Where have we upgraded?

This team has a very real chance of not even making the SEC Tourney. Look at the schedule. If State gets better, Bama is the only team we should take two from. There are at least two teams that may sweep us. Sorry, but this is the weakest team since the Smoke days. Add to that the fact that for the first time in years we are being out recruited by SEC rivals. I am gloomy Gus. So just blast me.

Austin Bain will eventually be moved out of the lineup but damn hes playing pretty good right now.

define power? because we have just as many power hitters as last year sans Deichman. But I mean Deichmans only come around once a decade.

um no. stats say otherwise

hess can and will be dominant once he gets the hang of being a starter. still a possibility there is someone takes that spot and they move him back to closer. hence more talented pitching staff.

Our catcher appears to need a nap some days.

true but cant deny the talent. will only get better with more reps

Seems like this is said by a LOT of people around this time every year.
