“pleading for Wade to come in and just tell the truth”. “Even if it’s bad, I can handle it” he says. So he has now given the media jackals even more to feast on with this story.
He is definitely INTENTIONALLY making this worse from a PR stand point. Reason #1, out of spite for Wade and LSU fans. And #2, he is trying to cover his @ss. He knows he is going to be looking for a new job soon and is trying to make himself out to be the “good guy” in all of this.

He will make a new statement after every game LSU plays in the tourney commenting on why Wade hasn't decided to come meet with him yet. He is targeting maximum media exposure for that moment.

Alleva and Field Marshall Alexander have fricked this up so bad, their only recourse is to go to national media, because no one in BR believes a word they say. You've really accomplished something when JBE doesnt catch as much shite as these two.
