We better have a slinger to get them the ball.

We should be able to have 4 quality 8yd comebacks going, with the occasional deep route to throw 5yds out of bounds if there is no running lane

I’ve avoided agreeing with this until this very moment. With that much talent, a gun slinger is best thing we could have at the QB position. Throw into tight windows and trust your dude to make a play.

We had a WR advantage this year that was a mismatch for every team we played including UGA. The bigger question is whether or not CBK is willing to morph into an offense that takes advantage of the advantage.

Jalen Brown acting sus on Instagram. Put his story with pictures from all the schools he’s visited except LSU. Seems to coincide with Anderson news as well.

Isn’t he an early enrollee?

Interesting, considering he’s an early enrollee

This is why a running QB handicaps this team. There's no reason to have a run first quarterback with this receiving corps. None at all.

Trading QB scrambles in place of downfield throws is an offense killer. You'll never be an explosive offense with that type of trade-off.

We didn’t have the running game or defensive depth this year to afford us the luxury of a gun slinging QB. That and neither Nuss or Howard were ready at the beginning of the year.

Its what held Les Miles back and ultimately got him fired. There's no excuse for LSU to not be a pass first team given the insane amount of WR talent that comes through Louisiana every year.

He did have that great three game run against gators, wweebels and lo tide. He has shown what he can do. He just needs to trust the system, his arm and WRs more.

Nah, he's been the same dude his whole career. He still plays with a HS mindset and you can tell because he constantly tries to do everything himself.
