Yes. And if you say no, lets compare the direction of both programs in the next 10 years. You'll wish we coughed up the money when we had the chance.

But regardless I'd rather LSU pay big bucks and show that we are committed to having a dominant program

showing you're committed is not spending $75 million on a coach that might work out. It just shows you're reckless

Absolutely not. Jimbo is not worth anywhere near that kind of money at LSU or at A&M for that matter.

Hell No and A&M was stupid, Jimbo in no longer the "love child" of FSU by the admin.

I have not seen Jimbo do anything exceptional, other than to ride on the back of Winston.

Jimbo's position last year was better at FSU and was either playing LSU or the figures he would have demanded would have been even higher.

Jimbo will flame out within 3 years. Texas and SEC pressure will send him all the way into the stands to fight a fan, probably during a road game in BR.

No. 14-10 n acc last 3 years. If he’s at Lsu with that record he would be on the hot seat. Damn sure would not get a 75m dollar contract

Wasn’t in favor of giving the shrimp boat captain a 12 million dollar buyout but we did that apparently

If it turns into a dumpster fire within 5 years, they have the money to buy him out early so it doesn't matter. They needed a big name hire, they paid for one, and they got him. Who cares if the deal on paper is 10 years or not when you have $$$

Well, this mindset is why we have Orgeron. Because his main selling point is that he's cheap and easy to fire.

There's no coincidence that the better coaches are going to seek long contracts. It's because they can. If you don't think long contracts are safe, well we're not going to get a proven coach.

Absolutely NOT!

Jimbo may turn them into a dynasty, but he just as well might be the albatross that completely decimates their program for a generation.

A 10 year contract?! $7 mil?! No way. Not for Jimbo Fisher.
