When you look at coaches it's good to see what they've done with lesser talent. You have to be a pretty bad coach to lose with LSU'S talent

Youre under the assumption that lsu recruits itself and that mullen cpuld pull in the same recruits as Miles. This is just utter bullshite. We have seen programs with much fatter recruiting bases not be able to pull in the talent lsu does.

Herman
Fisher
Fedora

Kingsbury

All people I would prefer over Mullen off the top of my head

He is at State for Gods sake, at State in an era where Ole Miss has bought and paid for the best players in Miss, and he holds his own in the SEC West.

If by holds his own you mean he got a qb that is now a starting nfl qb and won 10 games once then yeah he holds his own.
They just lost to South alabama.

MSU isn't going to fire Dan Mullen

He is probably on the short list.

Is that the same QB that Leslie told "we're pretty solid at the quarterback position, but if you move to fullback we've got a spot for ya"

Yeah did you give miles a pass for harris throwing the int?
Id guess not.
He has 1 season with a conf record above .500. He has given you know indication that he can recruit on a high level. The fact that he was a fg away from losing to south alabama is enough.

NOT blaming the coach for a miscue on the field or the situation that lead to the team being in that position? On the rant?

Bold move, Cotton.

piss poor play calling doesn't deserve a pass.

I'm not sure that mullen made a bad play call on a last second field goal to win.

nevertheless......when he's mic'd up at practice, you can see that he genuinely knows what the hell is going on.

when miles is mic'd up you will hear shite like, "you have to put your hands underneath his pads." shite.....my elementary coach taught me that in 7th fricking grade.

So it was only Miles that passed up Dak? Every coach has misses in recruiting.
