what don't you like about mullen? I think he's an excellent coach.
I respect what the man has been able to do with such a shitty product to promote to get recruits to come to Starkville. What he has been able to sustain at that school is nothing short of remarkable with what he is working with. I mean really, Starkville might be one of the shittiest place to try to promote someone to come 4 years of there life at, 3 if they are luckily.

They have. It's ridiculous. Les is better than Mullen
Exaclty. He has 1 season where his conf record was above .500 and he plays Kentucky every year.
Miles isnt the answer but mullen surely isnt.

Over last four years their SEC record is two more losses than LSU
At State.
Mikes isn't in trouble because of Wisconsin.
And you discount Prescott, a QB the Miles wouldn't pursue was recruited, then developed by Mullen
Maybe you should rethink your argument, so if you take the good players away a ciach isn't as sucessful....is that your point?!

What has he sustained? He had 1 team ladened win seniors and won 10 games. He has miss st where they normally are.

Why would you use just 4 years?
And the last 4 years is getting miles fired. Thats not a great argument.
And the difference is 3 games. In the last 4 years they have had less than 4 conf losses 1 time.
The last 4 years lsu has less than 4 conf losses 3 times.
And that record is getting miles fired
So now your rebuttal will be that mullen is getting those wins with little talent and then ill respond by saying what has mullen done to prove he can recruit like miles has.
What has mullen done outside of 1 senior laden team?

We can use any time you want. Mullen has been light years better than anything Stste has had since Sherrill.
He was good Utah State, UF, and MSU at getting production out of the QB. He has recruited better than most at State and is s good young football coach that could recruit the SE immediately
Miles couldn't win 5 games a year at State
Miles didn't have as good of a record at Okie Light as Mullen does in the SEC West.

Ok that doesnt make him a better coach than Miles.

He has had 1 productive qb at miss st. and UF was because of meyer.

You have no idea if this is true.

Oklahoma state was in far worse shape when Miles took over.
From 1987- 2002(miles' hire) oklahoma state had 1 winning season.

This isn't a very high bar. Miles was on the heels of the greatest coach of CFB history, if you cant see that advantage, I don't know what to tell you.
Mullen was on the heels of Croom, has won at a damn near identical pace as Miles in the SEC.....while one has every possible advantage.
Oh, and he may can explain why his offenses cant get more than 50 yards in a half.
EVERY coach that walks thru the door to interview is probably better than Miles. Including 1 on the current staff.
Yes, I would love to have a marquee young coach like TH, but we all know that wont happen.
Mullen would compete to win the West at LSU. Something we aren't doing now. And if Meyer gets the credit for the QB play with Mullen around, why does everyone praise TH for the play at OSU? Looks like people are just being assholes with what they want to look at.
