I would, but i think most like having it in Omaha. The reason that new stadium was built was for this event. The ncaa threatened to move it out of the city if they didnt build a new stadium
The CWS lost its character when it moved to the new stadium. There's nothing uniquely tying it to Omaha now. It's played in a bland dime a dozen corporate stadium in downtown Omaha like anywhere else in the country. No one would notice if they played it somewhere else if you weren't told it moved. Rosenblatt was unique and made the CWS and Omaha.

Guessing you'd want to move The Masters, too. Let's get a pep band in the outfield, dancing girls on top of the dugouts, rap music between innings..... As HC Jay Johnson put it, "Omaha is my home". Would a central location bring in more fans????

What sounds better?
THE ROAD TO OMAHA
or
THE ROAD TO NEW YORK
THE ROAD TO OMAHA
or
THE ROAD TO NEW YORK

What MLB team would allow college to use their park for 10-11 days in the middle of a season? Just hope they're on a really long trip?

Zero people understood you question lol. You asked whether people would attend if it happened, not whether it will or should.
Saw that coming when I read the post. People focus on whatever part of a post triggers them and don't read the actual question.
You could make people fail a simple test by setting forth a controversial set of facts, say about abortion or race relations, then asking simple questions about the fact pattern that didn't really relate to the hot button issue. Most people would see red and write a screed rather than answer a simple, direct question. Fail.

I wouldn't go if it were in Baton Rouge. I've been twice and both times they lost the game I went to, so for the betterment of LSU Baseball and the fans, I have permanently banned myself from ever attending again. You're welcome!
