Who ever thought he was a genius? We were a confounding team in 2007, just like we are in 2009. Difference is we had better players then and Bama, Florida, and Ole Miss weren't as good.

He went for it on 4th down a few times. Whoop-de-doo.

Funny, I thought he was an idiot when trying call a timeout after a turnover in 2005, and thought he was a buffoon when Charles Scott sat on the sidelines in Kentucky after bludgeoning them for 99yards in the first half in 2007. I just thought we would continue to win in spite of him.

A huge win against a team that didn't even have a winning record.

Talent won in spite of Miles.

If we don't intercept the pass for a score we lose the game.

Overrated Irish team, shouldn't have been there.

Wow a great win over Larry Coker and a depleted Miami team....

Yea, barely beating a 4 loss team at home.

Well it seems like you are the one with your head in the sand ignoring all the games he has lost where he more talent.

Ok, how bout this I will give you the big wins from 05-07, where have the big wins been from 08-09?

Beating an Auburn team that didn't make a bowl game - no, Beating LA Tech by 8 - no, Beating Mississippi St. who didn't make a bowl game - no

It's called having an agenda and no objectivity.

Wins are due to talent and L's are due to coaching...that's how one goes bout explaining away 51 wins, 18 against top 25 teams, 8 over top 10 teams, SEC title, national title, and national rankings.

Good luck to you, but you are spitting in the wind in your effort to have some look at things with more reason and less emotion. imo

How many wins do we have against teams that finished in the Top 25 the past 2 seasons?

Crowton has been here for three seasons and had three different QBs. hard to get a rhythm with a different QB each season
how hard is it to get your qb in a rhythm sometime over the course of a 14 games season?

ur top THREE RBs got hurt this season
LSU's offense was crap way before they went out

big accomplishment when you consider MSU, Wash, ULL, LA Tech, Tulane, and Vandy made up 6 of those wins

this is all just more bullshite excuses

exactly count the 9 frickings wins all you want. This is the more telling stat....How many teams have we beat the past 2 season that finished in the top 25?

1-Georgia Tech out of the mighty ACC

inexperienced qb, or whatever excuse you want to insert, but that shite is unacceptable

He went fot 4th down 5 times. Law of average says that's dumb, very dumb. Just b/c he got bailed out doesn't mean that the calls were smart. Jacob Hester won those games, not Miles. Just one example.

miles gets allthe credit for these winning seasons mediocre or not, he gets all the credit for winning a SEC title and a NC whether he can coach a flip or not. However facts remain facts about performances. And last I checked lestard is the HC of this team no? BTW, i am still waiting for you to give me some examples of consistent, excellent GAME MANAGEMENT, PLAYER MANAGEMENT, PLAYER DEVELOPMENT and ON THE FIELD DISCIPLINE throughout these 5 years of miles tenure. Yes, i already know the answer to this question. And you cannot provide me with proof that he has been consistent all 5 years in any of those disciplines. The results have bailed leslies arse out of bad performances in coaching but not anymore.Keep smoking that crackpipe pal.

How can you say that? Didn't you admit you were a "ranter" and wanted Brady run? Hell he had a Final 4 team? That makes him the next John Wooden right?
OH thats right he's coaching in the Sun Belt....same place Miles will be in a couple years.
