Weren’t me and you agreeing on several takes against Lester like earlier this week? I’m genuinely not sure how I said anything is that crazy. I said I don’t think Jones should be penciled in as an everyday starter. Is that some insane take?

LE is a complete moron. You can find threads daily with people arguing against him. He's wrong most of the time, but then he sinks his teeth in on threads like this, where he has you dominated but you dig in. It makes him feel like he's smarter than he is.

You said he struck out in 50% of his ABd. That was wrong. Just take the L.

It's getting worse and worse as the game goes on. 7 RBIs makes it hard to argue with him being on the bench. Look, does he strick out a lot? Yes. But you take 2 Ks a game, if the other 2-3 ABs result in multiple RBIs.

I did. I corrected my numbers like 3 posts later. Even after I corrected myself he said I was making up numbers. I was pulling them directly from LSU’s website. I actually agreed with basically everything he said after that. I understand the luxury of having someone that can hit for power like Jones. I don’t mind admitting when I’m wrong.

I said in this thread he should be in the lineup today. He is scorching hot. He should stay in the lineup. But if he goes on a week long skid at some point, I believe other guys will get a chance as well. That has already happened this year. I want the players who are performing the best to be playing. He is obviously one of them right now.

I don’t mind conversing with people like Hold that tiger and Lester, even if I disagree with them because they actually make good points. You just spout shite off. Go back to melting about Kling crippling the lineup even though he’s been one of our best hitters over the past 2 weeks. On the last page you were hoping Kling would fail so you could continue to say that he is crippling the lineup in a game that we’ve scored 12 runs in.

I thought his K’s were be problematic after he that poor stretch, but he has hit through them. And from a lineup construction standpoint, the emergence of Kling has taken some pressure off of him to be a guy that has to be a tough out. He can just kinda do what he does. He K’s a lot, but again, his other two outcomes are usually positive (walk or XBH).

Quite the opposite. You hate me because you can't walk over me like most of the other tards here. It hurts your feelings bc I call you out on your BS.

Call me crazy but I'd love to see both Beloso and Jones in the lineup. I was surprised to see Pearson get the start this weekend after the start he had but he's produced. Frankly this team is so deep its hard to make a bad decision in the end.

Ethan Frey would probably start anywhere and Jay loves him but he can't find a way to fit him in our everyday lineup.

Jake LaViolette was committed to us originally then flipped to aggies where he's starting now in LF and that looks like a good decision for him because he wouldn't have a prayer of starting on this team looks like. Just shows the quality and depth this team has.

See, I basically agree with all of that. You got fixated on the K% even after I tried to correct myself because you knew it it was a point where you could say you were right and I was wrong. I think we agree for the most part on our assessment of Jones. He has been much better, since his mini-benching. If he keeps performing anything close to that level obviously he should stay in the lineup.

Trust me, he needs the win more than you do. Give him this one.

If you would had asked me Thursday, I would say a lineup with Beloso and Jones is one of the best we can put out there. I'm not as low on Jobert as the rant is either. But we all know that Pearson has proven that he is a dude over a longer period of time, and an SEC schedule, better than both Beloso and Jobert.

If Pearson is just last year's Pearson, then this team jumps to a whole different level.
