Les is GONE.
An employee of a company PERIOD,
stop trying to make him into a GOD.

I do not want Les anywhere around LSU .

Jesus Christ himself probably couldn’t turn around Kansas football.

Les having to hire a head coach for a modern college football team is only slightly less scarier than Les being the head coach of a modern college football team. But I'm OK if he replaces F King

I like the topic. Not sure why so many downvoted. I’m not sure if his mind would be functional enough to handle all the tasks. Then again, he could be a better AD than coach since he wouldn’t be calling all the toss dives.

Perhaps he was. But no more so than the clown we have sitting in that seat at the present time.

nothing I post on here is a lie.

That might be true as well. But aren't you the clown that has posted several times Miles record at Oklahoma State and his bowl record at that school (28-21 and 1-2 in bowl games) was piss poor, all the while claiming that Saban was all world at Michigan State (34-24-1 and 0-3 in bowl games) before coming to LSU?

what qualities does he possess that would make him a strong AD?

None whatsoever.

Are we so desperate that we would consider putting a man who eats grass and can't manage timeouts during a game in charge of a multi-million dollar athletic department? Please God, never let this happen.

Les Miles is a good man. But I honestly don't think he has the mental acumen to run a hundred million dollar business.

Besides, he'd probably hire Gary Crowton as his Senior Assistant Athletic Director.

I would love it, but God damn, most of you must have been visited by the Men in Black to have forgotten how terrifyingly awful he was in front of a camera.

I do not want Les as the AD and I believe it was time for him to be let go but the people out there that think Les is an idiot are just flat out wrong. He is an extremely intelligent man and I’m guessing those people have never heard him speak when he is not trying to play word gymnastics with the media. Anyone that has ever heard him speak when the media was not around would know that.
