Winston would be gone by now, man. No way the rest of the team would listen when a guy like that continues to get second chances. Sure Les has given guys chances, team vote and what not. But have we ever had a guy who broke every rule in the book?

Legal Problems - firing a weapon on campus, destruction of property, accused of rape, theft of a soda from Burger King, theft of crab legs from Publix.

Possible NCAA Violations- accused of selling autographs.

Code of Conduct Violations- arising out of the rape accusation. He actually blew off a hearing in may. Then there's the student union incident.

You're nuts if you think this dude would still be a Tiger at this point especially since he was a nobody before he did most of this stuff. Didn't we have a nucklehead freshman last year who's gone now because he couldn't behave?

One thing Ive learned from Miles, is you worry about your own squad. What Jimbo or an other coach does with his players is their business.

Also, Miles had no choice with Matthieu. He failed his third school drug test which is a mandatory year at LSU. There was zero he could do there, the ball wasnt in Miles' court

And people have been getting falsely accused of rape. Everything else you can hold over Jameis and Jimbos head, but the rape you cant. The charges were dropped

Charges were never even filed. But he was accused of rape. And I have been keeping up with this story and considering everything that has happened, it looks to me like a cover up. Can I prove that in a court of law? No. And that's why no charges were filed. Guilty beyond reasonable doubt is a hard thing to prove.

But I know this, I nor anyone I know has ever been accused of rape. That is serious stuff. Is he guilty? Who knows. But just because it can't be proven in a court of law does not mean he's innocent.

To any football coach in America, it is about charges. He wasnt charged, that simple. So stop saying rape is something Jimbo should be considering. It simply isnt

Sorry you weren't cool enough in high school to have freshman dropping to their knees in the locker room.

Fair enough.

But I like to believe the LSU administration would not cover something like this up like FSU did. I think if things were done right from the get go that Jameis would have been charged. Therefore, he would have been gone at LSU.

I really hope not, because if true and ever found out, LSU would be facing trouble from the NCAA

trust me...if Miles had wanted it swept under the rug to keep Mathieu on the team...it would've been swept under the rug
