That seemed to be a factor in the USCe game. LSU also had an unexpected comeback against Texas A&M after their defense was tired. Would crowd be with LSU no matter how the offense plays? Would that help LSU against Bama?

Nope. The crowd has never affected a game and certainly wont against the presumed #1 team in the country and the home of a former coach. I assume everyone will be quiet in anticipation of an LSU loss.

Nope. It's just a night game in Baton Rouge against #1 ranked Bama. I'm sure the crowd will be a non factor.

I doubt it will affect bama.

It will help LSU.

Depends on the score.

kind of a silly question. the crowd will be at DEFCON 6 that night. It will be epic and will affect McCarrons audibles when Chief shows some different looks.

If Bama gets in long yardage situations, McCarron will go down several times.

Lastly, this team has 2 weeks to marinate on 1/9/12......those boys gonna be seething.

Considering the following Tuesday is election day and the number of undecided voters, I am pretty sure most people will stay home and wring their hands together as they ponder whether they are better off now than they were 4 years ago. So, nah...I predict TS to be about 1/2 empty. PLUS, the game is on TV....and you always know how that causes people to stay home

You think maybe part of the reason we are 47 - 1 the last decade at home at night is the crowd?

if bama gets a couple scores ahead the only crowd that will be making noise will be theirs.

Are you fricking serious? Nah, the crowd at Tiger fricking Stadium won't mean a thing.

DEFCON 6

In the DEFCON system, the lower the number, the more dangerous the situation.

But I get where you're coming from.

If Bama gets up by 2 TDs, the crowd will definitely be out of the game.

without a doubt. The best thing the tigers have going for them is home field. It's up to the fans to make sure its the difference in the game.
