I'm not sure I've seen one person call for his head or say he should be fired.

He has this problem a few times each year, and last year it cost us Omaha.

He's a HOF coach, but he isn't infallible and shite the bed over and over again yesterday. You're just appealing to his authority at this point and aren't even arguing points

You really are being a drama queen. Wasn't trying to be funny.

I guess nervous laughter helps out though, right?

Yes, this is exactly what I said.

I think it's more to do with the past 4 or 5 years

I doubt thats it. The last 3 years have been pretty good seasons. Its the game last night, where he had one of his worst coaching performances. Its okay though. He's allowed one every once in awhile. As long as it doesn't happen on the bigger stage and doesn't keep repeating itself.

I'd say that's a run of the mill Mainieri coached game.

Yep. CPM is not a great dugout coach. His strength is in making meaningful changes between games. Game situations seem to befuddle him.

Yeah, I'm nervous. Coupled with my beer shits this morning, I'm in a real pickle here.

frick off.

What is wrong with saying this coach made multiple terrible decisions that should have been straight forward? Should we not point them out and discuss? Maybe even be a little frustrated that the guy making almost $1 mill couldn't manage an SEC game like this better? It's basically his sole job here make the lineup and manage in game. Dunn handles the pitchers. Canny handles the hitting and base running. Davis has the catchers now. PM may have his hand in some things, but at this point, all he has to do is set a lineup and make decisions based on situations. He really messed up.

I still think we win the series. I think we pound them today and Lange does what he is starting to become known to do. But last night was damn frustrating. And frick you for thinking you're so high and mighty and that people shouldn't be a little ticked.

I didn't miss your point because your point ain't fricking there. There isnt one. you know we're right and that PM fricked up big time but you don't like see coaches getting called out on their frickups so you just come in here and call us assholes.

You literally bring nothing ti the discussion.

Damn right I have. And he deserves it. I call things as I see them. I'll take my lumps when I'm wrong (Bregman) and keep talking if I'm right (Chinea's defense). Get over it.

LSU had a championship caliber team last year that didn't even make a Super Regional because of the same kinds of decisions.

Thought maybe I could help bring some perspective and humility on you people's parts. But I think that's impossible. Circle jerk'd.

It was one bad decision in one big game, and I disagree that we were a championship team last year.
