If he's exonerated why is he leaving LSU?

He may be found guilty and still end up there

If WW is found guilty LSU is guilty. WW is LSU. You can't separate the two.

The worse case scenario is LSU getting hit with NCAA violations and WW bolts to bama to become a legendary college basketball coach.

I’m hoping he’ll take the Pelicans HC job regardless of the outcome.

This is probably what will happen, sadly.

Hopefully it costs Alleva and F'king their jobs, and Williams is replaced when JBE is voted out in November.

I agree. Might as well come back together. If we are punished with NCAA violation it's going to be difficult to hire a high school coach.

If they fire Wade with no show cause I'll be really mad.

Not a bad idea at all. If WW gets a show cause, he will coach again as soon as it's up. Might as well do everything we can to make that happen at LSU.

Yep.

I think the trust is already broken. Things get a little tough and they sell him down the river to save their own arses.

I'm convinced they are going to be butthurt regardless of what LSU does.

At this point I say we give them the double bird and say come at us. Lol

Remember Kermit Davis was put on probation and it took years to get a power 5 job.

Exactly. It'll happen again. And honestly, what difference does 2 years or 5 years make? Are we to believe that a coach on suspension magically corrects his moral compass by year 5 but not year 2?

I say frick it and hire Wade the second he's available.
