Leaning into the fanbase instead of being a pretendatiger hasn't hurt either. No fake southern accent and actually showing up to make the program successful is really all we wanted out of a hc.

Hated his infidelity, just shows a selfishness and lack of self discipline. But you can tell he regrets that part of him and is doing his best, heck better than 99% of Americans, to rectify his wrongdoings.
I don’t mind his trolling on twitter, and the other things people give him crap about. Doesn’t affect me or the product he puts on the field. He’s a football coach for crying out loud, not my pastor.

The Ole Miss people and the stupid talking heads at Disney/ESPN and elsewhere can crap on Lane Kiffin all they want, but the truth is that all LK did was ACCEPT A JOB OFFER FROM ANOTHER TEAM.
Last I checked, coaches wereing allowed to do that. Was there any outcry when the Tulane coach accepted the Florida job?

Not knowing him at all, let alone how he thinks, you'd think that with all this crap he's taking, he'd wanna stay at LSU beyond the 2-3 years that everyone is predicting to "rebuild" his cred. Or he may just say "frick it" & continue to do his thing.
