- Not making the playoffs.
- Having at least one phase of the game ranked 100+ out of 136 the past four years.
- Hiring has-been coaches and paying them unjustifiable money.
- Having your AD being a central figure in the #1, #2 and #8 most expensive college football buyouts.
Pay attention to what really matters for your football brand and stop the school girl hysteria just because the AD got rightfully bitch slapped publicly.
