Ok no one cares. The 800,000.00 coach is doing a great job keeping the score close against a 4-10 Vandy team. Need this win so the girlas don't get shut out of all SEC games.

Should've released 2-3 years ago.

I like her to. I hoped that she was the answer. Now who knows if she can turn it around if they stick with her? They play good defense, better than the men. But we will have to see from this day forward I guess.

Good enough start to SEC play in this 20 point victory over Vandy.
But we shall see how good they really are at Missouri on Thursday.

There was nothing racist about this. Being an exec for many years at a major oil company, I can tell you that releasing people, especially women when they are pregnant, is not only impossible, highly highly not recommended.
Secondly, how do you know I’m not African American? Maybe I meet that definition that comes from living in a rural part of La that is now called “mixed”.

No need for a thread when they win. Its a no brainer the fans should be happy. Its what is expected. But I was not totally condemning Fargas. It would however be great to see improvement although the defense was very good in this game. So i'll go back to your pantry and wait for you to drop your crumbs.

I am happy Nikki and the team are winning and I hope they continue to win and be as successful as possible. I will always root for them to be as successful as they can even if I don't agree with certain things.
Now with that said, I do have a few questions for other WBB fans
What are the standards for this program?
What are the expectations?
What are we content and not content with as a program?
These questions aren't aimed to diminish anyone or attack anyone. I just honestly want yalls opinions.
I like Nikki's style on defense. When she has talented players, she can do a lot of stuff. It's kinda incredible when you think about the stuff she's done with some of these players who aren't that talented.
My concern and issue is we just won't ever be a consistent or top 20 team. Talent wise we have many holes. Recruiting is a major issue. She can coach a lot of these kids up and put together great schemes but the lack of talent/ability in certain positions on the floor holds her back.
Moncrief and Jackson are far and away the most talented kids on the team and it's not close. After that there is a substantial drop in talent and ability from our guard play.
Post play, Mitchell has some talent. We just need to make sure she isn't in foul trouble.
