Incorrect. He stated that they were not involved in the fight.

No. you are incorrect

Not according to WAFB.com. Check it out yourself.

Why would the attorney "defending" the players say they were in the fight?

I got stabbed in the back in a bar fight. You know what that bitch got? Simple battery and 2 weeks in jail...so save me the moral high horse, "all men equally" bullshite.

sounds like you got justice in your situation. That's great.

IF the alleged victims also had a crime committed against the, do they not deserve the same justice that you received?

The attorney said they were never in the bar. If there is video of otherwise then their statements are shot

Please read what you just wrote!!

If they lied to the police yes.

Their attorney could get on the air tomm and claim that after the bar closed his client were going on a mission to save starving children...it doesn't matter what he says!!!

Again show me the "victims" statments not the lawyers.

Not defending anyone..if they lied on the official report it will be brought up..but to claim that based upon their lawyers statements they are proven to be lying at this time is just pure speculation.

People clinging to the "injuries before the fight" are really grasping at straws. I know its possible, but come the frick on.

An MRI could rule out pre existing injury as well.

Most likely he wasn't walking around with broken vertebrae all week

Go reread what was said over and over.

The attorney stated they were never in the bar. He said nothing about the fight. One has been proven, by a supposed video to actually be in the bar.

If they said this, and they can be spotted inside the bar on security cameras, their credibility is basically shot.

So if they are not on camera that cements their credibility and ruins the football players? You can't just run around and make blind statements like that.

Shouldn't they be charged under the law that applies to all men equally in this country?

If guilty, yes.

charges are brought to DETERMINE guilt.

Guilt is a matter for trial, I asked about charges.

your bias

no bias, you just don't understand what portion of the law deals with determination of guilt. Please look it up.

How about we wait for the facts, instead of convicting them on rumors?

conviction, again, is a matter for trial. Charges are brought in order to move to the portion of the legal process where GUILT IS DETERMINED.

Yeah so these guys are going to go in the bar and pay a cover charge just to go find their friend?

I highly doubt it. Most bars wont just let you walk in to find ur friend, thats the oldest trick in the book.

We only have one story. Andrew Lowery. We havent even heard from the other 3. And the stroies we have could all be false. They are reports from the media. LSU fans should no damn well reports in the media can be wrong/made up.

So you are saying that if someone alleges anything against you, despite evidence, you should be charged? Really? I thought the BRPD didn't have enough evidence to charge yet?

No, I do. You don't. Someone is not charged on an allegation along. Look up the law, please.

You obviously don't understand how the system works. Maybe you could read some books.
