Here’s some potential targets in the portal that would make sense and would be worth taking…

Isaiah Land Florida A&M EDGE. Was FCS defensive player of the year this past season. With an obscene 25.5 tackles for loss and 19 sacks, 3 FF. in the 2021 season

Bru McCoy WR/ATH USC former top 10 overall recruit 5 star. Big body receiver/flex receiver type big time athlete and outstanding blocker as well. Up to 3 years of eligibility remaining with redshirts and covid year. Could help remedy the lack of true top Tight end by having guys like him and Bech blocking in slot and outside.

Darius Joiner Safety Western Illinois, led FCS in tackles with 142. 1st Team FCS All American

Marvin Grant Safety from Purdue who had 75 tackles, 2.5 TFLS, 2 FF, and 3 PD this past season. Started every game. 3 years of eligibility remaining after 1 redshirt and a covid year.

Quavaris Crouch LB MSU had 75 tackles in 9 games played last year former Tennessee transfer. 2 years of eligibility remaining

Jermayne Lole Arizona State DT not really a position of need for us but I’ll mention him anyways. Lole had 96 Tackles and 8 sacks in his last 17 games with Arizona State before missing this past season with injury.
