Btw, we can just call the TAMU vs LSU game the Sabine River Rivalry... it's a better game than the Red River Rivalry anyway.

Being from Arkansas, Razorback fans care WAY more about this game than LSU does. Most of their fanbase hate our guts.

That's because Arky is like a Bevo XII team... they think it's perfectly natural to ascribe success to their program by LSU's failures/losses. So if Bama beats LSU, the Hills Have Eyes fanbase in AR thinks they did something.

No, they should've been brought in instead of Arkansas. Arkansas should've gone to the Big 12 with their other Southwest Conference rivals. No doubt South Carolina has hung in with the SEC teams way better than Arkansas.

Their fans talk so much garbage yet they have never won a CWS. They hate LSU for the same reason the ragin' Cajuns hate LSU, lil brother is always jealous of big brother.

Great post, but from what I have read, the order of officers in terms of numbers provided to the US Army in WWII is this:
1. West Point
2. Texas A&M
3. LSU
Not that it really matters, both schools have a great ROTC / Military tradition.

I was at LSU from 56-60 and A&M was a rivalry then for sure. Never even thought of Arkansas.
Aside from Tulane and Ol Miss, A&M was the next biggest rivalry of the year.

The only "trophies" we need are SEC Championship trophies and crystal BCSNC footballs.
