This team has pretty decent chance of making it to the finals if we are on the opposite side from Florida.

Remind me again how many games we've won away from the PMAC.

About as many as everyone else has in the SEC outside of Florida and Kentucky

Everyone in the SEC sucks on the road. It'll be an even playing field.

Be prepared to get blown out by Florida. If we win out after Florida and make it to SEC Finals then we are probably in.

Lot of "ifs"

We won't get blown out by UF. We may lose but we won't be blown out.

Playing in the sec tourney is not the same as playing road games. They are neutral court. Our record on neutral court isnt bad

If you give me 1K to bet on LSU beating Fla at Gainesville and run the table after that. And that happens, I will catch the first flight to Vegas for the tourney and get us both rich. LOL

Vanderbilt just lost to them by 3, and Auburn actually should've beaten Florida on their court. Florida is playing like a team that is about to get tagged.

It's all about JOB. If he stays out of foul trouble and is on his game then we will hang with them. If not we won't.

If we beat #1 Florida in Gainesville and then the rest of our regular season schedule, I think we have a shot at being the last 4 into the dance.
What do ya'll think?

I think the team would have been better off to have adopted that plan back in November. It's a bit late now.

Joe Lunardi said if we lose 1 more game then we would have to make it to the sec champ

So basically, we have to beat Florida or Kentucky (again) at some point.

LSU's shown they can hang with Kentucky. LSU's best bet is to be on the other side of the bracket from Florida. Which would be Kentucky's side. And hope someone knocks Florida off before the final.

Besides Florida, LSU has as good a shot as anybody at winning the tournament.

If we win these next three we're in. It'd be incredibly hard for the committee to turn down a bubble team that has beaten the #1 team on the road in March...
. Agreed, nobody is considering another scenario- what if we beat Florida, but lose to someone else we should beat? Lol with this team it's possible!

If the SECT was in BR, we would have a great chance.

There was no actual quote. It was relayed in the broadcast that in a conversation with Lunardi about LSU, Lunardi offered his opinion that if LSU only loses once more in the regular season and makes it to the SEC Tourney championship game, then we'd be in the dance.

Not convinced this team has it.

No way we beat Florida on the road and Vandy is another toss-up. Probably 50/50. Then we will win one in the tourney then give up 85 and lose to a team we should beat.

Sorry folks I was ALLIN this season even claiming us as a 4-seed at one point. Too many disappointing losses. Rhode Island, Tennessee, Georgia, A&M, Bama. Can't get hyped up anymore.

Eta, yes Georgia is disappointing I don't care if they have 10 sec wins. We had a chance to get on a roll and be a top 3 team where we belong.
