Will you be happy with Lsu finishing the season ranked 12 or 13

If we win Mon, we should jump up over a handful of teams. After how our season started, I'm happy with a top 13 ranking. If troy didn't happen, would be easy top 7

Rankings are pointless. SEC west titles, SEC titles, and playoff appearances. The games can still be fun each week, but a season overall only has meaning with some banners.

I'm not putting the cart before the horse. We have some very strategic defensive players not playing in this game and I'm kind of worried.

This is not like you. We have O, Ponamsky, and we’re firing Canada for cause because he murdered someone. They’ll put us in the playoffs after we kill ND.

All things considered, pleased overall. Season could have gone down the toilet after Troy and it did not. O deserves credit pulling the troops together all the while apparently having off the field issues with his OC.

Replacing a competent coordinator 1 year into his system, that's not stable. Doesn't matter why he's leaving, because one thing is clear- he's not being lured away with a better offer that LSU declines to match, or leaving for a HC job somewhere. He's leaving because of some sort of internal strife with the HC.
We NEED to become stable again, and stop being such a soap opera.

The fact that you cannot enjoy a season like this for a team in which you have absolutely no effect on is what's sad. Believe it or not, our fans used to celebrate making the Indeoendence Bowl. Now our fans can't even enjoy a season unless it resulted in a national title. It's really is pathetic as the previous poster stated. Try to have some perspective in life and not let your happiness depend on things you can't control. I promise you will be a much happier person as a result
