At first I figured the silence was because OLOL has intelligent people in their leadership that have told everyone to remain silent so that they can rebuild their brand to continue raising dollars for their Children’s Hospital.
But now you have me convinced it’s because Funes was a bagman for LSU athletics since it’s obvious that they needed more money and the logical place to get it was from a hospital foundation that has to perform audits on an annual basis to remain in compliance with the IRS.

Russian. Do you have knowledge of a grand jury or indictment in the case. I don't think that has happened. Originally, Moore and OLOL CEO indicated it was going to take a few more weeks to wrap things up. That was last year. What is holding up the thing?

The Secret Service got involved in the investigation of the missing funds at the OLOL Foundation in late January. It may be a federal grand jury handling an indictment of Funes not Hillar Moore.

The whole damn thing is dirty and that we could hope that LSU would have avoided this kind of recruiting embarrassment. If it is established that LSU was buying recruits LSU should be banned, period.
